Contact your doctor. Have your child visit for an appointment and request ConnectCare as your provider of choice.
The doctor will send us a referral to us so we can meet, collaborate, and discuss your availability/schedule.
ConnectCare will confirm availability and send you forms to sign and provide education on what to expect from ABA therapy. Feel free to check out our free sources to get ahead!
ConnectCare Board Certified Behavioral Analysis (BCBA) will meet your child and family to start an assessment. This is to find out what your concerns are and to create a behavioral support plan to help. We will also collaborate and see which goals best fit your child's journey.
Our Registered Behavior Therapist will spend the first few days getting to know your child's interest to form a bond (pairing) in order to know their preferences and use this knowledge to help teach your child how replacement behaviors and to achieve their goals. There will always be a supervising BCBA to support and provide guidance with evidence-based ABA principles.
ConnectCare Team will conduct a reassessment every 6 months and coordinate with your family.
We will discuss any barriers and highlight the progress your child has made!
It takes a village to create meaningful change. Our motto is give you the tools and resources to not need us anymore so your child can be independent in achieving/mastering their goals.
